I’ve ordered - but where is it?
We know you're excited to receive your order from ahri! Don’t worry—your tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. The tracking details will be updated throughout its journey from our warehouse to your delivery address.If you have any questions about the delivery of your parcel, we recommend reaching out directly to the courier using your tracking number and address information.For further inquiries regarding your shipment, feel free to contact us via email at orders@.....You can also check our Shipping page for approximate delivery times so you’ll know when to watch out for the postman!
When will you restock?
If you’ve got your eye on something, you can sign up to be notified as soon as it’s back in stock. Simply select your desired size on the product page and click the ‘Notify Me When Available’ button. We’ll send you an email as soon as the item is restocked.
A quick note: we produce limited quantities of each style and restocks are rare. If you find something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone. Don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter, where we share updates on new arrivals and restocks before anyone else!
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can! Our instructions for exchanges and returns are available in the Returns and Exchanges section of our website.
For information on your 14-day right to return, please refer to the same section. This outlines your statutory right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, provided you notify us in writing within fourteen working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) starting the day after you receive your goods.
