International Orders
Orders placed outside the EU will incur separate customs fees, not included in the delivery charge. These fees are determined by your country's border authority. You will be notified of the charges once your order arrives at your country's border. This fee must be paid before the order can be released.

If you have any concerns regarding the shipment of your package, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking number and address information. For further inquiries about your shipment, email us at support@ahricompany.com
Payment Methods
The payment will be captured as soon as your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us for a refund. We offer easy returns for exchanges or refunds if something doesn't fit.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are secure and debited once the order is placed.
- Payment Apps: Alipay, Apple Pay (mobile), Android Pay (mobile), and Klarna.
Our payment partners securely handle all transactions, ensuring your banking information is protected. The order is confirmed upon payment approval.
Klarna
We offer Klarna payment options:
- Pay within 30 days with no fees or interest. You'll be redirected to Klarna to complete your purchase, and they'll notify you when your payment is due.
- Klarna conducts a soft credit check, which does not affect your credit score.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
For details on your right to cancel within 14 days, please see the Returns Policy section. You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund by notifying us in writing within fourteen working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day after you receive your goods.

Please take reasonable care of returned goods. If returned goods are faulty or misdescribed, we will refund the order value. For more details, refer to the Return Policy section.
We recommend using insured, traceable delivery for returns.
If your order is cancelled, you'll receive an email explaining why. You will not be charged for cancelled items. For alternative products, email us at support@ahricompany.com.
